Brief info
Mikala moved to Canada from Sydney, Australia in 2005 (does her accent give her away?) She lived in lovely Banff and Tofino before settling in Victoria. Mikala completed the Veterinary Office Management program at Insignia College in 2009, and has worked in a busy small animal practice since then. With her years of experience, Mikala is a tremendous resource for all pet owners, and is likely most people’s first point of contact with our hospital. During her spare time, Mikala loves to travel, read, run, and above all, spend time with her son, her husband, her dog Newa, and her cat Gabe.
