Brief info

Dr. Jocelyn Waldern was born and raised in the South Okanagan (Penticton), BC. She completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia, where she played on the University Volleyball team. She then went on to earn a Master’s degree in Biology at GSU, prior to starting her veterinary degree. She graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016 and has since been living on Vancouver Island, learning the true meaning of “Island life”. Jocelyn has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and canine/feline rehabilitation (physiotherapy). In her free time you can find her out on the trails; hiking, biking or running, along with her pup Elenor and her husband Eric. Other favourite pastimes include playing volleyball, snowboarding and travelling with friends.
