Starting July 5th, we will be allowing Clients back into the Hospital in a safe and gradual manner
Appointments with the Veterinarian – Please call to check-in with Reception, then one of our Assistants will meet you at the door to bring you and your pet into the Hospital. Your pet will be weighed and then you will be guided straight into the exam room. If diagnostic tests are recommended for your pet, you may be asked to wait outside the Hospital. This will allow time to clean the exam room promptly and thoroughly to prepare it for the next appointment. After the appointment, Reception will be ready to collect payment (Credit, Debit or Cash) and will guide you out of the Hospital.
Maximum of 2 people in the exam room, exceptions will be made for children.
*If you are not comfortable entering the Hospital and would prefer to continue with curbside Veterinarian appointments, please let Reception know upon booking your appointment and we will be happy to accommodate.
Technician Appointments – To avoid having Clients sitting in the reception/waiting areas, these appointments will remain the curbside style. Please call Reception upon your arrival and a Technician will meet you at the front doors to bring your pet in for their appointment. Payment may be made at the reception counter or outside the doors, depending on how many Clients are in the Hospital at that time.
Surgery admits, and discharge will also remain curbside style.
To assist in maintaining safe distancing within the Hospital, all food and medications sales will remain as curbside pickup. Please continue to call upon your arrival and our staff will gladly bring your items to the door for you.
For the health and safety of our staff and Clients, masks MUST be worn if you wish to enter the Hospital and please remain at a safe distance.
If you have any respiratory symptoms or a fever, have travelled out of BC in the past 14 days or have been asked to self isolate, please do not enter the Hospital. Reception will happily reschedule your appointment if you are unable to have your pet brought in by a healthy adult.
Thank you for your continuing support and understanding.
