Millstream Veterinary Hospital Will Reopen April 6.

We’d like to thank all our clients for your patience while we were quarantined.  In order to allow our staff to continue to care for your pets while maintaining the recommended social distance between each other, we are decreasing the number of staff on site at one time.  We will continue to provide your pets with essential care.  At this time, we have enough staff to keep our regular hours.  Clients will still not be permitted to enter the building until further notice. Please note that we will be unable to take cash payments or debit card payments until further notice. We will accept credit card payments over the telephone and etransfers.

We are continuing to offer telemedicine for all concerns that are appropriate to be managed this way. All appointments will be telemedicine wherever possible unless a pet needs to be seen. If it is determined through our initial telemedicine consultation that your pet requires an exam, the telemedicine fee will be waived.

Clients are asked to limit appointment requests to those of an urgent nature.  If you believe your pet needs urgent care, please call us and a Reception Team Member will advise you as the best option for you and your pet.  Nail trims, non-puppy or kitten vaccination appointments, annual health checks are not considered urgent and we ask that you delay booking those appointments.  We will continue to provide essential surgical services at this time.

If you have any symptoms, such as sore throat, cough, fever or sneezing please remain at home.  Non-emergency appointments should be re-scheduled for a later date.  If your pet requires emergency care, please arrange for someone who is not showing symptoms to bring your pet.
